Our facilities are fully lined and insulated with reverse cycle air conditioning in all 3 buildings, they also include televisions ( to play their favourite movies) and soft music playing overnight. Kuranda day beds are in all pens along with your own familiar items and toys if you wish.
Our buildings each have their own large exercise yards allowing your puppies to run and play together (every 2 hours from 6:30am – 8:00pm under supervision), have adventures in the large agility paddock and participate in interactive games with the staff, not to mention sprinkler and pool play during the summer months.
A day in the life of an Oodle at Kaysadale Farm!
- 7am – 8am: Play time with the my furry friends whilst the humans feed us, play with us individually, do health checks and clean our rooms.
- 8am – 11:30am: Rest time in our heated/air conditioned rooms whilst watching television.
- 11:30am – 12pm: Play time with our furry friends and with the humans.
- 12:15pm – 3:45pm: Rest time and tv time in our own rooms. Some of us have a bone or a chew to munch on during this time too (an optional extra or BYO).
- 3:45pm – 4:15pm: Play time with our furry friends and the humans. Dinner time for those of us that have two meals a day or a chew if our own humans have ordered or supplied them.
- 4:15pm – 8pm: Rest time and more TV in our own rooms.
- 8pm: Just 10 minutes for a last sniff and toilet break before cuddles, blankets made on our beds and lights out whilst soft quiet music plays in the background.
Boarding costs
- Dogs up to 25kgs – $55 per calendar day, or two dogs from the same family (both up to 25kgs) – $100 per calendar day
- Dogs 25kgs and over – $60 per calendar day, or two dogs from the same family (both 25kgs and over) – $110 per calendar day
We do not charge seasonal rates. Same price all year round. However the days you book for must be paid for, even if you collect your pooch early.
Inclusions
- Live-in vet nurse.
- Non-sharing pens (unless from the same family).
- Premium dry food Meals for Mutts both Adult and Puppy formula mixed with a spoonful of Somerford Raw and Natural.
- Lots of daily enrichment activities.
- Lots of love, hugs and cuddles throughout the day and early evening.
- No extra cost if you need to supply your own food due to special dietary requirements. We just ask that you label it clearly.
Things to bring
- Familiar item such as a blanket (no big beds please)
- A t-shirt with your scent on it
Optional extras
- A photo of your pooch playing with friends or happily posing $10 each day required.
- We will happily administer any medications at a fee of $5 per day (worming tablets given free of charge), per dog.
- Special play/walk exercises for pooches in rehabilitation also offered at $10 per day, per dog.
- Gut Health Program – extra $10 per day, per dog.
- Treats – all $5 each (Brisket bone, raw chicken wing or drumstick, kangaroo ribs, turkey neck, kangaroo ear with fur, shark fin)
- Wyong pick up and drop offs for stays over a week are $50 each trip.
Drop off and pick up times
Everyday from 8am-12pm and 3pm-4:30pm (strictly no exceptions outside of these hours so that we don’t have all the dogs out when you arrive.).
